This morning, “(I’ve Had) The Time of My Life” fro This morning, “(I’ve Had) The Time of My Life” from Dirty Dancing played on KNCT—and it has always been one of my favorites.I think I first watched the movie at a sleepover with a few of my girlfriends. Apparently, it was the must-see movie of that time. Imagine four high-school girls giggling their way through those mushy romantic scenes, only for me to grow up wanting that kind of dramatic romance. I'm only 30. There should still be time. Right? 😬 . It's funny how time changes the way we hear a song and understand a movie. What song takes you back to a childhood memory?#dirtydancing #timeofmylife #moviesoundtrack #publicradio
