Got an event to share with Central Texas? We’d love to help spread the word.
Use the Event Submission Form below to send us your details. Please include:
- Event title
- Date and time
- Location (venue name and city)
- Host organization
- Contact information (name, phone, and/or email)
- Short description (1–3 sentences)
- Website or ticket link (if available)
To give your event the best chance of being included, submit it at least 2 weeks in advance.
Our team reviews each submission to ensure it aligns with our community-focused, non-commercial mission. Not all events can be posted, but we do our best to highlight a wide range of local opportunities.

Please note: online form submissions are processed first, so email requests may take a little longer to review and appear on the calendar.
On-Air PSA Consideration
Depending on the nature of the event and available airtime, we may also consider your submission for a public service announcement on KNCT 91.3 FM. While calendar placement is our primary service, on-air PSAs are not guaranteed.
