Machine Sciences Corporation, a precision manufacturing company serving some of the nation’s most advanced space and defense programs, has announced plans to establish operations in Cedar Park—bringing a projected $31.9 million capital investment and 70 new full‑time jobs to the community.
The Cedar Park City Council approved a performance‑based economic development agreement with the Oregon‑based company, which also operates in Florida. Machine Sciences specializes in complex, high‑precision CNC components used in satellites, unmanned aerial vehicles, and next‑generation defense systems—making its arrival a strategic addition to the region’s growing advanced manufacturing ecosystem.
