It’s Tuesday evening, and that means a familiar voice joins us once again, Cindy Oser from the Hobby Memorial Library at Central Texas College. For years, Cindy has brought warmth, wisdom, and a steady stream of campus happenings to our 6:15 PM segment on KNCT. But tonight’s visit carries extra meaning: it’s her final broadcast before retirement.

Cindy has been a tireless advocate for students, a champion of lifelong learning, and a beacon of community spirit. Her weekly updates have connected listeners to everything from scholarship opportunities to wellness workshops, always delivered with her signature grace and enthusiasm.

Constitution Day: The Road to Ratification
