The Round Rock Public Library invites women and teens to attend an enlightening and rejuvenating event: “Well! Well! Well!: Massage – How to Defy Aging Naturally and Holistically.” This in-person event will be held on Sunday, February 9, 2025, from 4:00 PM to 5:15 PM in Meeting Room A&B Combo, accommodating up to 132 people.
This event will offer participants a unique opportunity to understand the transformative effects of massage on the body. Attendees will learn various facial massage techniques to improve skin elasticity and methods to reduce cellulite. Moreover, the session will cover health conditions that may be alleviated with massage, including constipation, bloating, edema, muscle weakness, and pain. Dr. Emma Faris will guide participants on how to integrate these massage techniques into their daily lives to promote overall well-being.

Dr. Emma Faris, a distinguished midwife and the owner of Beautiful Beginning Birth & Wellness Center and the MTC School of Midwifery, will lead the session. With a Doctorate of Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine (DAcCHM) and a background as a massage therapy instructor, Dr. Faris brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the event. Her holistic approach to health is complemented by her master’s degree in holistic nutrition. Having delivered over 1,500 babies in multiple countries, Dr. Faris has extensive experience in managing medical care during the childbearing year and beyond.
The event is designed for women and teens (ages 13-18) interested in enhancing their health and wellness through natural and holistic methods.
