Elms Road Lane Closures for Utility Work Scheduled

KILLEEN, Texas – The City of Killeen’s Engineering Division has announced lane closures on Elms Road between Pecos Road and Roundrock Drive for utility work by Oncor. The closures will take place from Thursday, November 21 to Wednesday, November 27, excluding weekends, from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day, weather permitting.

During this period, the outside lanes will be closed, and a traffic control plan will be implemented to guide motorists around the work area. Drivers should anticipate delays, exercise caution, obey traffic control devices, and consider alternate routes if possible. Sidewalks in the area may also be blocked during the work.
