This episode, which is the second of three in the topic, talks about Women Airforce Service Pilots, or WASPs. The Women Airforce Service Pilots program was a civilian women pilots’ organization, whose members were United States federal civil service employees. Members of WASP became trained pilots who tested aircraft, ferried aircraft, and trained other pilots. Their purpose was to free male pilots for combat roles during World War II.

Hosted by Julia Conner, a new episode of The Voice of Texas Veterans airs every Sunday at 3:30pm. This 10-minute long program features Texas Veterans Commission Services, which assists veterans in obtaining all the state and federal benefits they have earned.

In this episode, the Austin Veteran Arts Festival is back in Central Texas. Veterans have submitted their creations, and events are now happening from Temple to Austin. This show features the founder of AVAFEST and one of his volunteers.

The newest segment added to our Sunday programming, Clubhouse Chronicles airs 4:30pm and is hosted by Isabel Hubbard. Join Isabel Hubbard, as she chronicles the organization’s goal to keep all members on track to graduate from high school with a plan for the future, while demonstrating good character and citizenship, and living a healthy lifestyle.

In this episode, Isabel and Steven talk about all the fun they had during the 8th Annual “Pull For Youth” sporting clays shoot, which was Saturday. The fundraiser benefitted programs at the Clements Boys & Girls Clubs.
