If you haven’t heard, there is an unusual event occurring in the sky tonight. Something that happens only once in a…never mind. With that in mind, I thought it would be fun to mess around with the music today and play songs that had the word moon in it. I had no idea how many titles there would be to choose from! We have 14 different versions of Blue Moon. There is Moon Love, Moon River, Moondance, Moon Glow, and Moonlight in Vermont. We even have 13 versions of Fly Me to the Moon. In other words, (see what I did there?) the moon has been an inspiration for writers and singers for as far back as our playlist goes. Today, we are going to celebrate that.
Have a Simply Beautiful day.
