Disconnections for Delinquent Water Accounts to Resume

The following is a press release from the City of Killeen.

Killeen Utility Collections will resume disconnections for delinquent water accounts May 15. Customers whose accounts are not current must make payment in full or establish a payment plan by visiting the Utility Collections office by May 14.

Utility Collections is located at 210 W. Avenue C. Regular business hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Utility payments are accepted in person, by phone at 254-220-4183 and by mail. Payment can also be made bank draft or online. Visit their website for more information.
