1st Cavalry Division Band Concert

Tablerock Amphitheater from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.

This live music performance at Tablerock Amphitheater in Salado, TX will feature the 1st Cavalry Division Band and local high school musicians. The concert is FREE and open to the public.

Combining rich traditions with modern production values, the 1st Cavalry Division Band provides comprehensive musical support to the 1st Cavalry Division, III Corps, Ft. Hood, and Central Texas communities. As early as the Civil War, the 1st Cavalry Division Band has enhanced morale and promoted American popular music throughout a variety of military campaigns. The band’s present day mission is to provide music across a wide spectrum of operations, instill in our Soldiers the will to fight and win, foster the support of our citizens, and promote our national interests at home and abroad.

The 53 Army Musicians of the 1st Cavalry Division Band have studied in some of the finest conservatories and music schools across the Nation and are capable of performing music in all styles: Classical to Jazz, Rock to Country, and everything in between. Whatever the need or occasion, the 1st Cavalry Division Band is ready to provide high quality musical support, serve the civilian and military communities, and honor the legacy of America’s First Team!
