The Carlson Law Firm will host its 9th Annual Veterans Food Truck Rally on Thursday, November 7, from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at its Killeen office, located at 100 E Central Texas Expressway.

The event is open to all active and retired service members, who are invited to enjoy complimentary meals from a variety of local food trucks. A valid military or veteran ID is required to receive free food. Civilians and non-military guests are welcome to attend and may purchase food from participating vendors.

This annual gathering is designed to recognize and honor the contributions of veterans in the Central Texas community. Food trucks scheduled to participate include:

  • Chefito’s Kitchen – Serving Latin-inspired comfort food, including asada and chicken bowls.
  • Rib Tips BBQ – A veteran-owned truck offering slow-cooked Texas barbecue.
  • Korean Kravings – Known for Korean fusion dishes with bold flavors.
  • Don Beli Peruvian Street Food – Featuring modern takes on traditional Peruvian street fare.
  • Check Point Germany – Providing German classics such as schnitzel and bratwurst.
  • Cupcake Avenue – Offering handcrafted desserts made with premium ingredients.
  • Black Rifle Coffee Co. – Serving freshly brewed coffee from a veteran-founded company.

In addition to free meals, veterans will receive limited-edition swag while supplies last and can participate in giveaways throughout the event.

Craig Carlson, Managing Partner of The Carlson Law Firm, noted the event’s continued growth and its role in expressing appreciation for military service. “Our veterans have given so much to our communities and our country. Hosting this rally is a simple, heartfelt way for us to say thank you,” Carlson said.
