As part of the statewide Unplug Texas Day observance on October 21, the City of Killeen is inviting residents to step away from screens and join a free outdoor yoga class at Lions Club Park.
Hosted by Killeen Parks & Recreation, the event encourages participants to “unplug from screens and plug into play, creativity, friendship, adventure, and family.” The class is open to all skill levels, from beginners to experienced yoga enthusiasts, and will be led by instructor Ms. Shauntelle.

Participants are encouraged to bring a yoga mat, water, and comfortable clothing. The event offers a chance to unwind, connect with nature, and embrace wellness in a screen-free setting.
