Following the close of the Texas Legislative session, the League of Women Voters of Texas has released its 2025 Constitutional Amendment Election Voters Guide. The guide is now available at LWVTexas.org and VOTE411.org, offering nonpartisan, accessible information to help Texans understand the seventeen proposed amendments on the upcoming ballot.

The guide explains each proposition in clear language and includes arguments both for and against, allowing voters to make informed decisions. Topics range from capital funding for technical colleges and denial of bail to tax exemptions, dementia research, judicial conduct, and citizenship-based voting.
