The Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service office in McLennan County will host a two-session Master of Memory program on September 29 and October 6, designed to help adults better understand and support memory function.

The sessions will take place from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. at the AgriLife Extension office, located at 4224 Cobbs Drive in Waco. The cost to attend is $20, and prepayment is required. Interested individuals must register by September 26 by calling (254) 757-5180.

Led by Rachel Esquivel, AgriLife Extension family and community health agent for McLennan County, the Master of Memory program provides participants with practical tools and insights to support brain health and improve memory in everyday life.

  • Memory strategies
  • Nutrition and memory function
  • Medical conditions and their impact on memory

The program is intended for adults seeking to learn more about how memory works and how lifestyle factors may influence cognitive health.
