The sun will come out this September as Central Texas Theatre at Vive Les Arts presents the beloved musical Annie, a timeless tale of resilience, family, and finding joy in unexpected places.

Set in Depression-era New York City, Annie follows the spirited journey of a young orphan determined to find the parents who left her at Miss Hannigan’s grim orphanage. With courage and charm, Annie escapes into the bustling world of NYC, where she crosses paths with billionaire Oliver Warbucks, his warm-hearted secretary Grace, and a scrappy dog named Sandy. Together, they discover that love and belonging can be found in the most unlikely of places.
