Central Texas College invites the community to a special Constitution Day event titled “The Road to Ratification,” held on Wednesday, September 17 at noon in Hobby Memorial Library, Building 240. Featuring CTC Government Professor Dr. Anthony Jordan, the program will explore the pivotal ratification processes that shaped the formation of several American states.
