Stagecoach Road Lane Closure Scheduled for Aug. 7–8 in Killeen

Drivers in southeast Killeen should prepare for temporary delays this Thursday and Friday as the City of Killeen’s Engineering Division closes the eastbound lane of Stagecoach Road between Cunningham Road and East Trimmier Road. The closure will take place August 7–8, from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day, weather permitting.
The lane closure is necessary for the installation of a water tap, part of ongoing infrastructure improvements in the area. A contractor will be on-site with a traffic control plan to safely detour vehicles around the work zone.
What to Expect
- Eastbound traffic will be rerouted
- Sidewalks may be blocked, affecting pedestrian access
- Motorists should expect delays and are urged to use caution
- Traffic control devices will be in place to guide drivers
