Texas Veterans Commission Brings Employment Services to the Forefront

For many veterans transitioning to civilian life, the journey can feel uncertain. But thanks to the Texas Veterans Commission (TVC) and its Veterans Employment Services program, help is close at hand. This statewide initiative is designed to empower veterans by connecting them with meaningful employment, career coaching, and job readiness tools tailored to their unique skills and experiences.

At the heart of the program are specialists like Veteran Employment Liaison Joshua Pinson and Veteran Career Advisor Keith Callands, who work daily to guide veterans toward success in today’s workforce. From resume workshops and interview prep to employer outreach and skills translation, the TVC team is committed to helping those who’ve served find a fresh sense of purpose.
