COPPERAS COVE — Residents of Copperas Cove will have an extra opportunity to take care of their waste disposal needs as the City of Copperas Cove Solid Waste Department extends its Transfer Station hours for a special one-day event.

On Saturday, April 26, 2025, the Solid Waste Transfer Station, located at 2605 South FM 116, will be open from 8am to 12pm, allowing customers who may not be able to visit during regular weekday hours to take advantage of the facility’s services.

While the extended hours provide added convenience, all standard rates and regulations will remain in effect during this event. Residents are encouraged to plan ahead and take advantage of the additional time to dispose of waste properly.
