Lane Closures on Old FM 440 and Jasper Drive Scheduled for March 17-21

KILLEEN – The City of Killeen has announced lane closures on Old FM 440 and Jasper Drive from Monday, March 17 to Friday, March 21, between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m., weather permitting. These closures are necessary for work being conducted by an Atmos Energy contractor.

The southbound lane of Old FM 440, from Valentine Street to Stephen Street, and the eastbound lane of Jasper Drive, between Old FM 440 and South Fort Hood Street, will be closed to through traffic. Sidewalks in the area may also be blocked during this period.

A traffic control plan will be implemented to guide motorists around the work area. Drivers should anticipate delays, exercise caution, and follow all traffic control devices.
