Copperas Cove Municipal Court Building Renovations Progress to Phase II

Copperas Cove – The City of Copperas Cove has announced that the Municipal Court Building Renovations Project, which began on February 10, 2025, is advancing to Phase II starting March 10, 2025. This project is part of the City’s 2024-2028 Capital Improvement Plan.

Phase II of the renovations is expected to last 5–6 weeks. During this period, Court Clerks will continue to assist citizens at the Municipal Court located at 602 S. Main Street. The main entrance will be closed, and a temporary side entrance and lobby will be established on the north side of the building for visitors to meet with staff. Meanwhile, all courtroom operations will remain temporarily relocated to the City Council Chambers at 508 S. 2nd Street until further notice.

Operating Hours:

• Lobby: Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., and 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
• Phone Accessibility: Monday through Friday, 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
