February 25th from 7pm to 10pm at Batch Craft Beer and Kolaches, located at 3220 Manor Road in Austin.

At the heart of the evening’s festivities is Tambores del Pueblo, an Austin-based Puerto Rican Bomba ensemble renowned for their dynamic performances and dedication to preserving this treasured musical tradition. In addition to the performance, the event includes an interactive learning session where attendees can explore the foundational elements of Bomba. The night kicks off with an introductory lecture by Eli Mena, an ethnomusicology PhD student at UT Austin.
