The City of Killeen has announced that Twin Creek Drive, between Creek Side Drive and Rickey Carlisle Circle, will remain closed through Friday, Dec. 5, or longer. The extension follows significant damage caused by an overnight accident on Friday, Nov. 28.

City officials report that all power issues in the area have been resolved. However, repairs to railroad equipment are still underway. Crews continue working to restore the site as quickly and safely as possible.

Motorists are advised to plan ahead, anticipate delays, and use alternate routes. Updates on the closure will be shared as more information becomes available.
